About Us
Executive Technology Services delivers a broad range of I.T. services to Emory executives and Emory board of trustees. Our team’s skillset includes: I.T. project management, system administration, productivity software administration, mobile device administration, and PC\MAC support. In Emory’s fast-paced operating environment, this range of skills allows customers to have a ‘one stop’ shop experience for any of their technical needs.
The support model is quick resolution to I.T. problems, for any software or service, on any platform, on any device, and at any time. Executive Technology Services responsibilities include:
- Engaging stakeholders to understand their business needs and requirements to determine where and how I.T. can play an appropriate role.
- Stabilizing unreliable services by ensuring that best practices are being implemented and followed.
- Continual process improvement for I.T. functions related to Emory Board of Trustees.
- Provide technical support for any I.T. problem in a 7 X 24, Tier 2-3 environment.
- Maintain computer hardware and software for departments.
- Maintain connectivity to the campus network.
- Work with constituents in the departments to identify computer solutions in support of the mission of the departments.
- Act as a liaison between technical vendors, Emory I.T., and business units.
